We are searching for a hands-on, experienced, and tech-oriented Team Leader for our global DAM Customer Success Manager Team.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and coaching new and existing team members. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations, you will be accountable for setting clear-cut goals, raising flags, monitoring team performance whilst offering constructive and on-time feedback. Your team would be composed of a group of experts equally technical and business-oriented who would be primarily focused on Cloudinary’s DAM product with the target of increasing customer adoption of Cloudinary's solutions.
The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in both business and technology and must be comfortable in a customer-facing position. You will be the team's go-to person for everything Cloudinary-related and should be comfortable discussing product capabilities both with customers and internal stakeholders.
