We empower hundreds of thousands of app and website builders to enable the best visual experiences for their users, by providing the most powerful tools available to handle images and videos online. Cloudinary wishes to expand current community offerings and build a thriving user community for this audience. For this goal, we are looking for an experienced community manager to define, choose, build and manage the community platforms that will be used by Cloudinary’s multiple stakeholders: free tier, paid and enterprise users, partners and internal users, with a strong focus on software developers.

The platforms created will serve different teams within the company: Customer Support, Customer Education, Developer Relations, Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, HR, and more.
